“The fish practically flop onto your plate straight off the dock out back” at this Montauk mainstay that cooks up a “memorable”, “high-end” Continental menu of “outstanding” seafood; the dining room may be “cramped” and “stuck in the ‘80s” and there’s a chorus of complaints about the “frustrating” same-day reservation policy (it’s “tough unless you get there or phone right at opening”), but most conclude it’s “always worth it.”
